1. Responsible for Customer Service & OperaƟon work for Air (Import & Export) & Customs Process.
2. Co-ordination with customer, overseas, vendors (CHA + Transporter), airlines.
3. Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance process.
4. Good knowledge of updating DSR, Shipment status updating to customer and overseas subsidiaries.
5. Knowledge of working in software (for e.g. Cargo wise).
