Financial Leadership & Governance

– Lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, project planning, and financial reporting processes.

– Act as a financial advisor to the Board, CMD, and CEO on business growth, capital structuring, and profitability.

– Ensure robust internal controls, systems, and processes to maintain financial integrity.

Capital Management & Investor Relations

– Manage project finance, debt/equity funding, and JV structuring.

– Build and manage investor relations to ensure timely communication and transparency.

– Oversee cash flow, working capital, collections, and cost optimisation across projects.

Business Partnering & Strategic Insights

– Monitor project profitability and provide management with insights/reports to inform decision-making.

– Collaborate with the project, sales, legal, and operations teams for seamless financial planning.

– Support leadership in fundraising, M&A opportunities, and capital structuring.

Team Leadership

– Lead, mentor, and develop the internal finance, accounts, and admin team.

– Build a performance-driven culture that emphasises accountability, governance, and continuous improvement.
