Manager – Exports Full Time

∙Develop and implement export strategies to achieve the company’s international sales
targets in Food, Pharma & Cosmetics ingredient space.
∙Identify new overseas markets and business opportunities in Food, Pharma & Cosmetics
market to expand the company’s global presence.
∙Coordinate with various internal departments (sales, production, logistics, finance) to ensure
timely execution of export orders.
∙Manage and supervise the preparation of all export-related documentation, including
invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
∙Ensure compliance with all applicable international trade regulations, export laws, and
customs requirements.
∙Negotiate freight rates and contracts with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing
agents.
∙Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues arising during
transit.
∙Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, distributors, and
government authorities.
∙Handle customer queries and resolve complaints related to exports in a timely and
professional manner.
∙Analyse export sales data, prepare periodic reports, and present insights and
recommendations to management.
∙Stay updated on industry trends, new export regulations, and market developments.
