∙Performance Monitoring: Own compliance and performance metrics for all marketplaces (e.g., maintaining top Seller Ratings, minimizing defect rates, ensuring prompt response times).
∙Digital Content Creation: Oversee the team responsible for creating high-quality product descriptions, images, and visual content to maximize marketplace conversion.
∙PPC/Paid Media Execution: Manage the execution of all paid campaigns (PPC, Meta Ads) for both B2C and B2B channels, optimizing daily performance under a strict budget set by the UK.
Analytics, SEO, and Lead Generation
∙Data Analysis: Work with Mahima’s Operations team to extract and analyze sales and inventory data from Linnworks and CRM data from Zoho. Translate complex data into actionable insights for the UK commercial leadership.
∙Lead Generation (B2B): Direct the team responsible for driving qualified leads for the B2B services via webforms, SEO, and targeted digital campaigns, ensuring lead quality meets the UK Account Managers’ standards.
∙Website Optimization: Lead SEO strategy and manage website optimization efforts to improve organic traffic and site conversion rate.
∙Retail Support: Drive local digital marketing campaigns and Local SEO strategies to increase foot traffic and awareness for the physical retail/repair stores.
