•Support the business development team in preparing customer presentations,
proposals and RFQ documentation.
•Assist in maintaining the opportunity pipeline, customer database and CRM
records.
•Contribute to branding and marketing activities, including content creation for
customer and digital communications.
•Coordinate internally with engineering, costing and plant teams to gather inputs for
proposals.
•Conduct basic market and competitor research to support business development
initiatives.
•Help organise customer visits, exhibitions and review meetings.
•Track and follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending actions.
•Prepare periodic activity and pipeline reports for the team.
