Managing the SI&OP process for BL AG products:

• On a monthly basis, collect and consolidate updated market requirements from sales organizations and OEM customers, analyze demand shifts and market trends.

• Based on updated market demands define recommended master plans for the coming 15 months for all BL-AG factories on aggregated product level.

• The Master Planner is responsible for preparing presentation materials for the various meeting forums within the SI&OP process. The Master Planner leads the pre-meetings with manufacturing plants and sales organizations ahead of the monthly S&OP meetings. During the monthly S&OP meeting, the Master Planner presents and facilitates the review of the presentation materials.

• After the SI&OP meeting, the Master Planner follows up to ensure that the agreed actions and decisions from the SI&OP meeting are implemented and executed by the respective line organizations.

• Participate in the quarterly financial rolling forecast process

• Developing detailed material forecasts for certain product families based on historical sales mix Bi-weekly review of capacity level

• On a bi-weekly level the review if short term capacity plans needs to be adjusted to secure competitive lead-times and utilization in factories

• Continuously monitor & analyse order-intake trends to adjust supply chain capacity in the short/medium time-frame Specific responsibilitiy areas (process, budget and financial, operational and working environment)
