Key Responsibilities

Greenfield Project Execution

∙ Lead the end-to-end setup, commissioning, and stabilization of new manufacturing facilities.
∙ Partner with engineering teams to optimize plant layout, machinery installation, and workflow design.
∙Establish initial operational protocols, safety standards, and supply chain integrations.

Operational Excellence & Production

∙Manage daily operations for high-precision CNC machining, assembly, testing of products
∙Drive production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery while maximizing asset utilization.
∙Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce cycle times.

Financial & Strategic Management

∙Own manufacturing budget, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and cost-reduction initiatives.
∙Analyse operational data and KPIs to forecast capacity needs and optimize resource allocation.

Team Leadership & Culture

∙Provide strategic direction to a cross-functional workforce of 200+ workforce of technicians, operators, engineers and staff.
∙Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, continuous learning, and psychological safety.
∙Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning for key plant roles.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

∙Maintain strict adherence to quality and environment standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF).
∙Ensure zero-harm workplace conditions by enforcing strict EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) protocols.
∙Oversee regulatory compliance regarding environmental emissions, waste management, and labour laws.
