Project Planning & Execution
∙Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
∙Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing and engineering projects.
∙Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
∙Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining project priorities.
∙Manage project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.

Manufacturing & Engineering Coordination
∙Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Tool Room, and Design teams.
∙Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and production lines.
∙Ensure smooth implementation of manufacturing process improvements and automation projects.
∙Drive productivity enhancement and capacity expansion initiatives

New Product Development (NPD)
∙Coordinate new hydraulic cylinder development projects from design to production launch.
∙Ensure customer specifications, quality standards, and project timelines are met.
∙Facilitate cross-functional reviews and product validation activities

Stakeholder Management
∙Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
∙Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
∙Manage vendor performance related to project deliverables.

Risk, Cost & Quality Management
∙Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
∙Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
∙Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
∙Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
