Deputy Manager – Production Planning & Control PPC Full Time NEW

∙ Develop and implement production plans in alignment with sales forecasts, customer demand, and inventory levels.
∙ Prepare short-term and long-term production schedules to optimize resource utilization and minimize bottlenecks.
∙ Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
∙ Monitor production progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
∙ Analyse production data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for efficiency improvement.
∙ Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.
∙ Support the Production Planning Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
∙ Implement and maintain ERP/MRP systems for effective production planning and inventory control.
∙ Mentor and guide junior production planning staff.
