Job Description
1. Should have experience from reputed builders.
2. Should have experience in handling multiple sites
3. Should have good experience in residential construction from beginning till interior finishing hand over of the building.
4. Should have experience in high end flats, villas or independent houses preferably.
5. Should be good at English and experience in handling Architects and Clients independently.
6. Should have his own data base of good quality contract labours and / Vendors and capable of bring them for work as and when the company needs.
7. We don’t want resumes who have experience in construction of tunnel, bridges, road, hostels, warehouses etc.
8. Should have experience in working Chennai.
9. Should be able to mobilise his own team for project work – able to bring Junior/Senior Engineers.
10. Should have good experience in finishing work like tiling, flooring, painting & marble works etc.
11. Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
12. Managing, supervising and execution of works on site with contractor management
13. Observance of safety requirements
14. Supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineers
15. Preparing record drawings, technical reports etc.
16. Should have good knowledge in word, excel, power point, auto-CADD
17. Candidates have not jumped jobs too often in short time from companies.
18. Should have two wheeler or four wheeler
