Deputy Manager / Manager – Private Power – Maintenance Full Time

Power Infrastructure & Maintenance
∙Manage end-to-end operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure, power distribution
networks, ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs & coordinate with annual
maintenance.
∙To oversee foundry maintenance & energy consumption and optimization.
Energy Optimization & Cost Management
∙Conduct energy audits and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements & analyse electricity
consumption patterns and utility.
∙Implement energy-saving projects & evaluate and deploy smart energy management and monitoring
systems.
Utility & Energy Liaison
∙Serve as the primary point of contact with electricity distribution, transmission utilities, and energy
service providers
∙Manage power connections, load enhancements, tariff optimization, net-metering approvals, and
energy-related compliance requirements.
∙Coordinate inspections, audits, and approvals with utility authorities & resolve operational and billing-

related issues with power utilities.
Government Liaison & Regulatory Compliance
∙Liaise with government departments, regulatory agencies, local authorities, and statutory bodies.
∙Facilitate approvals, permits, licenses, and compliance documentation related to energy, electrical
infrastructure, renewable energy, and environmental requirements.
∙Monitor changes in government policies, energy regulations, and incentive programs.
∙Represent the organization during inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.
∙Prepare periodic reports on power consumption, energy costs, solar performance, maintenance KPIs,
and sustainability metrics.
