– Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including meetings and travel arrangements
– Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and team events
– Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
– Handle confidential information with discretion
– Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
– Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives
– Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence
– Ensure efficient office operations by maintaining supplies and arranging for equipment maintenance
