Finance Controller Full Time

∙Lead monthly financial closing, plant MIS, and consolidation in alignment with
accounting teams.
∙Drive cost controlling activities including material consumption, variance
analysis, inventory verification, and coverage analysis.
∙Prepare and review EBIT walk, production performance dashboards, and
supplementary working files.
∙Oversee product costing, standard cost finalization (material & capacity), and
customer/product profitability.
∙Manage working capital analysis, cashflow projection, departmental KPIs, and
logistics performance metrics.
∙Lead preparation of MOR slides, Asia management reports, budgeting, rolling
forecasts, and capital budgeting assessments.
∙Ensure strong ICS compliance, process standardization, BOM vs Actual scrap
reconciliation, and cost audit documentation.
∙Validate MSO savings, support PLI claim documentation, and coordinate with
state authorities where required.
∙Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, Stores, SCM, Purchase) to
ensure accuracy in costing, inventory, and operational controls.
∙Lead financial governance activities, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and data
integrity across the controlling function.
