● Oversee day-to-day operations across the 4 Pickle & 1 Padel Court(s) during your
designated time.
● Manage all booking related queries, issues and smooth assistance for customers to
enjoy their experience.
● Coordinate events, leagues, and social activities that bring the Serv community to
life.
● Monitor the day to day finances of the place using the on-site PoS.
● Handling brand allocated merchandise space for customer experience and
purchases.
● Developing relations with customers in order to foster the brand loyalty aspect in
customer’s minds.
● 2 Employees will report to you directly. Your role will also entail managing them and
you will collate reports about their performance,pitfalls and subsequent areas for
improvement.
