Administration & Facilities Management
• Manage office and site-level administration, housekeeping, and facility operations
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of all guesthouses, bungalows, offices, and properties
• Supervise housekeeping staff, security, drivers, and support personnel
Property & Asset Management
• Handle company-owned and rented properties including lease coordination and upkeep
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and vendor activities
• Ensure properties are compliant with local regulations and safety standards
Utilities, AMC & Vendors
• Manage AMC contracts, utility bills (EB, water, internet, phone, gas, etc.)
• Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, furniture, and consumables
• Finalize vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost efficiency
Government & Statutory Liaison
• Liaise with local government bodies, municipalities, EB, water board, police, fire & other authorities
• Handle licenses, approvals, renewals, inspections, and statutory documentation
• Coordinate for property registrations, agreements, and compliance requirements
Budgeting & Cost Control
• Prepare and manage administration budgets
• Track expenses and implement cost-saving measures
• Approve bills, verify invoices, and coordinate with finance teams
Travel & Guesthouse Management
• Oversee guesthouse operations, upkeep, and readiness for management/staff
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for senior management when required
