Officer / Senior Officer – Accounts & Finance Full Time NEW

1) Manage sales accounting, including COD bill bookings and raising invoices for various transactions
(customer billing, stock transfers, and VAS).

2) Ensure compliance with GST regulations by preparing and filing returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B),
performing reconciliations (E-way bill, GSTR-2A, IRN), and handling GST-related entries.

3) Handle TDS activities, including preparation, payment processing, and reporting to stakeholders.

4) Perform vendor reconciliations, balance confirmations, prepaid vs books reconciliation, and monitor
aging items (including >180 days).

5) Account for export-related transactions such as customs duty, export incentives, and freight invoice
booking.

6) Verify plant and head office payouts and ensure adherence to internal financial controls (ICFR).

7) Account all the Purchase, sales through interface.

8) Support ERP-related activities, including data preparation and system integration (e.g., Glovia).

9) Assist in other accounting activities such as RAS reporting, ECL updates, and air ticket accounting.

10) Account S G A expenses in the books with proper approvals. Ensuring timely discharge of payouts
for all operating expenses

11) Fixed Asset Management (Asset Code creation, Capitalization, Depreciation)

12) Daily BRS preparation with all banks and maintain Bank deposit schedule.

13) MIS handling as per the Organizational requirement.

14) Audit coordination of various natures (Statutory/ Tax/GST etc.,)

15) Updating vendor master records in the accounting software in case of a change or new vendor to be
created.
