Job Description

• Set up and operate polishing machines according to job specifications and
production schedules.
• Select and install the appropriate polishing wheels, abrasives, belts, or
compounds.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to achieve required
surface finish, roundness, and dimensional tolerances.
• Load and unload components safely, ensuring proper alignment and clamping
before machining.
• Verify all work meets quality standards, customer specifications, and
engineering drawings.
• Identify defects such as scratches, chatter marks, material inconsistencies, or
dimensional deviations.
