Strategic Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and baseline complex project master schedules using Primavera P6 and MSP.Progress & Performance: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly progress tracking while driving accountability across site and MEP teams.Advanced Analysis: Conduct rigorous critical path analyses, Earned Value Management (EVM), and comprehensive forensic delay analysis.Resource Optimization: Optimize manpower, material forecasting, and machinery deployment to prevent project bottlenecks.Stakeholder Management: Lead project review meetings and present executive-level progress reports to senior leadership and clients.Risk Mitigation: Identify potential schedule risks early and implement proactive mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
