Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans / Resolve project
issues and escalate when necessary / Ensure proactive problem solving.
Quality Assurance
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards / Implement best
practices and process improvements / Conduct project reviews and
performance analysis.
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor project expenses and ensure budget compliances / Track financial
performance and report variances / Optimize resource utilization.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation (Plans, reports, logs) / Prepare regular
status reports and presentations / Ensure proper project closure and
