Job Description
– Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost -benefit analysis and present to the management.
– Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.
– Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.
– Transfer excess dead stock to other sites.
– Create Relationships with vendor by finding out their performance from market and undertake joint
– Improvement projects with them.
– Effective coordination with all sites. Regular site visits.
– Creating strong networking within and outside the organization.
– Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets
