Key Responsibilities
Candidates with proficiency in Kannada will be preferred.
Offer sending and follow up
∙To resolve customer, complain and queries.
∙Maintaining & improving Customer Database
∙Getting feedback of Supply Products
∙Feedback of performance of product
∙Enquiring for any new requirement – Primarily 3rd Priority customer
∙Passing info of customer to allocated salesman
∙New Customer call and follow up , distributing e-catalog
Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
