– Supervise and manage construction sites to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.

– Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.

– Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

– Prepare and submit site reports, construction schedules, and project updates.

– Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on site.

– Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and address any arising issues.

– Ensure all materials used and work performed is in accordance with the specifications.
