Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
Ensure accuracy of inventory records, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to meet delivery schedules
Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient warehouse layout
Enforce safety and security protocols to protect warehouse staff and property
Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse activities, performance, and inventory levels
