Stores & Logistics Executive Full Time NEW

1. Stores & Inventory Management
• Material receipt, Inspection, GRN and record incoming materials.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical stock verification.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
• Manage FIFO/FEFO implementation and inventory aging control.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality departments for material movement.
• Maintain ERP/WMS transactions for all inventory movements.
• Control non-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Maintain ITR as per company target.
• Conduct daily monitoring of stock levels and storage conditions.
• Coordinate material issuance to production as per approved requisitions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation in the warehouse.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Generate inventory reports and stock reconciliation statements.

2. Logistics Management
• Plan and coordinate domestic transportation activities.
• Coordinate with production for timely availability of Finished Goods.
• Coordinate with sales team for daily dispatches.
• Coordinate with customers for daily dispatches from warehouse.
• Arrange dispatches as per customer delivery schedules.
• Monitor vehicle placement, loading, unloading, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse service providers.
• Optimize freight costs and improve logistics efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain logistics performance KPIs.
• Negotiate with transporters for freight cost optimization.
• Plan and optimize packaging cost.

3. Import & Export Management
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, and other statutory documents.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
• Track import shipments and ensure timely customs clearance.
• Monitor export-import compliance requirements and maintain records.
• Monitor export shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with GST, customs, and statutory requirements.
4. Material Handling Operations
• Supervise loading & unloading
• Ensure proper material receipt and dispatch
• Ensure safe handling of materials.
5. Production Support
• Ensure timely line feeding of materials as per BOM and daily requirement.
• Coordinate with production team.
• Monitor material availability.
• Prepare shortage list and coordinate with SCM, PPC & Production for timely availability of stock.
6. Compliance & Process Adherence
• Follow company policies.
• Maintain audit documentation for IATF/EMS/OHS&S.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in warehouses and ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials where applicable.
• Support internal and external audits.

7. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics reports.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, freight costs, warehouse utilization, and delivery performance.
• Maintain all store and logistics-related records and documents.
