• Pipeline Ownership: Define, manage, and accelerate the entire B2B sales funnel, from lead generation to high-value contract negotiation and closure.
• Partner Management: Serve as the commercial lead for key UK partners (Currys, O2, Three, Quartix), ensuring service delivery is meeting their commercial needs and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B sales and account management team, ensuring they meet aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Marketplace Optimization: Own the commercial performance across all third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, BackMarket, OnBuy). Implement strategies to maximize visibility, ranking, and profit margins on each platform.
• Direct Channel Growth: Drive traffic and conversion for the flagship direct-to-consumer site. This includes overseeing digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing) and managing the overall digital budget.
• Product & Pricing: Work with the UK inventory team to define optimal pricing, promotions, and new product launch strategies to maximize competitiveness and inventory turnover.
