∙Lead the development and launch of new food products.
∙Oversee product formulation, scale-up, and testing.
∙Manage R&D projects from ideation through commercialization.
∙Collaborate with marketing and consumer insights teams to understand market trends.
∙Conduct sensory analysis and quality assurance tests to ensure product consistency
and consumer satisfaction.
∙Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FSSAI, FDA).
∙Manage R&D budget and resources efficiently.
∙Mentor and train junior R&D staff.
∙Develop new product formulations and optimize existing products.
∙Conduct lab-based research and pilot trials for new product concepts.
∙Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging options for product innovation.
∙Perform shelf-life testing and quality control evaluations.
∙Ensure that product development aligns with food safety and regulatory standards.
∙Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during the scaling process.
∙Stay updated on industry trends and emerging food technologies.
