・ Ability to handle CHA/Customs for Import document filing, Customs clearance activity & cost negotiation.
・ Ensure documentation filing without any penalty or additional cost.
・ Timely verification of Check list / BOE filing & follow-up with Finance for Duty payment without any additional Duty interest.
・ Ability to handle FTA / EPA documents, Export Incentives, RODTEP etc
・ Have direct coordination with Customer, Sales, Suppliers, Plant members, Warehouse and responsible for Import & Export activities.
・ Ensure to adhere defined SOP, follow NBI Compliance & Service Agreement renewal.
・ Export shipment execution, Export FTA generation and follow-up & Monthly sales confirmation against the forecast.
・ Timely updation & responsible for SVB, AEO renewal etc.
・ Knowledge on DGFT related activities, Import & Export of Heavy machineries / Capex movement/ Steel Bar / Dangerous Goods Handling.
・ Responsible for timely collection of Service bill from vendors and do accountability for their payments. ・ Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting
・ Ability to extend their skills in other Supply Chain verticals based on requirement basis.
・ Always ensure to adhere company policy and confidentiality.
・ Active participate in Management meeting, Process Improvement, and management reporting etc.
