➢ Productivity Improvement -Cycle time study, Cycle time reduction
projects, SWCT, SMED, Line balancing.
➢ Capacity management –Capacity Improvements, New machine
installation & Commissioning, Low cost automation.
➢ Change over time study & reduction.
➢ Handling of New Product development in Assembly process.
➢ Tooling management -Tool design, Toollifeimprovement,Tool
procurement & Cost reduction.
➢ Downtime reduction activities in Assembly.
➢ Documentation –FMEA,Controlplan,SOP,PCR change management
controls.
➢ Co-ordinate with Production for Tool related issues.
