Customer Service Executive Full Time NEW

Co-ordination with shipping lines and overseas agent for freight rate procurement and quotation preparation.

Prepare and submit quotation to customers and follow up

Arrange vessel bookings and coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers and operations teams for smooth shipment execution

Track Shipment status and provide timely updates to customers throughout the process.

Maintain Shipment records and update CW1 internal system accurately.

Provide customer service support and ensure prompt resolution of shipment-related queries.

Ensure compliance with company SOP’s, customer requirement and operational guidelines.

Coordinate with customs brokers, transporters and internal department to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.

Support business development activities by maintaining strong relationships with customers, carriers and overseas partners.
