Develop production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
Ensure material requirement planning (MRP) aligns with production schedules.
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Coordinate closely with engineering and production teams.
2. Inventory Control
Maintain optimal inventory levels using lean principles.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
Implement FIFO / FEFO systems as required.
Reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
3. Cost Optimization & Process Improvement
Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify improvement areas.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive cost-reduction projects without compromising quality.
Improve supply chain visibility through ERP systems.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (ISO 14001/45001/IATF).
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
