Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Full Time NEW

• Set and execute the company’s overall business strategy in alignment with the Board and the joint-venture partners.

• Lead end-to-end IPO preparation and execution — corporate governance, regulatory and SEBI compliance, due diligence, investor relations, and coordination with merchant bankers, auditors, and legal advisors.

• Own full P&L responsibility, driving profitable growth, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence across all plants.

• Strengthen and expand relationships with tractor, construction, and mining OEM customers.

• Build a high-performing leadership team and instil a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure robust systems for financial control, risk management, and statutory compliance befitting a listed entity.

• Report performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to the Board and Managing Director.
