Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Full Time

– Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy and growth plans.
– Lead real-estate development projects from concept to execution and completion.
– Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and business expansion.
– Identify new land acquisition and real-estate investment opportunities.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landowners, customers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.-
– Oversee project planning, budgeting, timelines, quality, and execution.
– Lead and mentor senior management and cross-functional teams.
– Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in the Chennai real-estate market.
– Ensure effective financial planning, cost control, and profitability.
Work closely with promoters/board members on strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with applicable real-estate regulations and statutory requirements.
Represent the organization in key business meetings and negotiations.
