*Good organizational skills and basic commercial business intelligence are essential
*Good with Microsoft Office specially in MS Excel
*Provide administrative support to top-level management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
*Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results.
*Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
*Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communication and correspondence.
