Formulation Research And Development Executive Full Time

Conduct pre-formulation studies and excipient compatibility studies.
Perform lab-scale and pilot-scale trials.
Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues.
Develop and optimize formulations
Prepare and maintain formulation development reports, protocols, and data records. .
Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and raw data as per GLP.
Coordinate with Analytical R&D for method development and validation.
Initiate and monitor stability studies
Interpret stability data and recommend formulation improvements.
Stay updated with latest formulation technologies and industry trends.
Propose innovative formulation approaches and cost optimization strategies.
