⚫ Ensure to meet the budgeted sales with the assigned customers.
⚫ Sales and Business Development
⚫ To be the KAM for strategic customers in the assigned territory.
⚫ Develop business with existing / new customers in line with MTP targets
⚫ Handle commercial negotiations with the customers for current/new business to be in
line with the stated policies, give timely forecasts and trouble shoot with BCLD team
for issues of delivery
⚫ Provide customer support for technical queries and quality issues.
⚫ Handle new business through a project management philosophy and ensure to meet
customer’s deadlines
⚫ Submit MIS reports on time.
⚫ Providing support to customers through pre-sales phase and provide material,
evaluation of product, demonstration, presentations, and quotes.
⚫ Analyze and provide inputs for preparation of budget and MTP to the management.
⚫ Ensure that the payments are collected on time from all his customers and prevent
overdue.
⚫ Willing to travel on Need basis to customer end.
⚫ To be the single window for all commercial Interactions with Customer and Coordinate
with multiple departments for trouble shooting and resolving customer issues within a
reasonable period of time
