Supervise and manage daily production activities during the assigned shift.
Ensure smooth operation of milling, grading, and Sortex machinery.
Handle manpower allocation and ensure productivity targets are met.
Monitor process parameters and maintain quality standards.
Oversee equipment performance, coordinate for breakdown maintenance, and assist in troubleshooting.
Maintain log books, shift reports, and production documentation accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols in the production area.
