1. Ensure meeting sales targets in East Region through existing Key Accounts in MRO (Steel) sector and
strategically develop new accounts.
2. To be a Key Account Manager for major customers in the assigned territory and to be a field salesperson.
3. Handle techno-commercial negotiations with the customers, convert quotations to orders, timely
scheduling, material planning & Coordination with the internal team.
4. Strategically identify new applications in existing customers and new customers in the assigned territory.
5. Provide customer support for technical queries and quality issues post sales
6. Handle distributors for the given sector. Train & develop a strong distributor segment business with more
customer focus and ability to maintain ARCs.
7. Ensure regular communication and reporting on sales revenue, pricing, forecast, budget etc. within the
time frame.
8. Keep abreast with latest updates, Sales market need for MRO (Steel) business and give necessary feedback
to the Reporting Manager and team members.
9. Plan and conduct seminars, technical discussions and training sessions at customer’s place.
10. Register LOI and Agreement for every new customer and ensure deliveries as per agreement.
11. Ensure that the payment collection / other receivables are been collected on time for the region.
12. Willing to travel extensively in the allocated territory.
13. Develop an accurate and realistic annual budget plan and monitor performance to budget
