1.Lead and manage team in a territory.
2.Consistently achieving or exceeding sales numbers/targets, both the team’s and individual sales
performance/target, within his/her assigned territory.
3.Premium Customer Acquisition / Development of existing (Customer annual turnover of
minimum 500 Crs or with workforce strength of minimum 800).
4.Customer retention – Maintaining professional relationship with customers by ensuring that their
needs are identified, provide appropriate solutions and ensure supply in time.
5.Resolving complaints in a timely manner.
6.Analysing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing
techniques.
7.Developing innovative sales promotional strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
8.Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
9.Organize awareness campaigns/seminars and other promotional events with customers/potential
customers.
10.Desired business day to day reporting to be maintained.
