• Industry Background – Sheet Metal Fabrication / Auto components manufacturing / Axle Manufacturing etc.
• Plan, Monitor, operate and control the plant operations of Sheet Metal components / Final Product in Manufacturing area. Operation involves – Shearing/Plasma cutting/Forming / Trimming / Machining / Welding /CED Painting/Drilling & special operations area for Fifth wheel coupling/Assembly/Axle Suspension.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing processes of Sheet metal / Casting / Forging, Assembly of components and child parts.
• Manufacturing of Axle & Suspension.
• Able to design and implement system and various processes for manufacturing set up.
• Knowledge of Process, process parameter / control plan and adherence of the same.
• Able to guide the team for overall plant OEE improvement.
• Knowledge of working of Paint Shop / Shot Blasting operations.
• Knowledge of Quality defects, root cause analysis and troubleshooting & improvements.
• Monitor and control consumable cost for cost effective manufacturing.
• Production planning / Resource Planning and Resource Allocation
• Documentation and MIS Generation
• Able to co-ordinate with all the stake holder relating to the role expectation.
