∙Plan and manage procurement of food raw materials, ingredients, additives, and
packaging materials
∙Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers compliant with food safety standards
∙Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules
∙Ensure materials meet quality, hygiene, shelf-life, and regulatory requirements
∙Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance, Production, and Warehouse teams
∙Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages, wastage, or expiry
∙Track market trends, seasonal availability, and price fluctuations of food commodities
∙Manage vendor audits, certifications, and compliance documentation
∙Handle import/export procurement where applicable
∙Resolve supplier quality issues, delays, or shortages promptly
∙Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare MIS reports
