Alternate Vendor development – RM, Fuel,
Handling of Import vendor for Kiln Furniture,
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers,
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with
vendors, Build and maintain strong supplier
relationships
3. Purchasing Operations
Procurement of Capital Goods, Metal Parts, RM,
Consumables and improve supply chain, End-to-
end purchasing processes (RFQ, PO, delivery
follow-up), Ensure timely procurement of
materials/services, Monitor purchase orders and
resolve supply issues
4. Cost Control & Budgeting
Manage procurement budgets and control
spending, Track market trends and pricing to
optimize costs, Ensure cost competitiveness
without compromising quality
5. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the procurement team, Set KPIs
and monitor team performance, Drive a culture
of accountability and continuous improvement
6. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal
requirements, Manage supplier risks and ensure
ethical sourcing practices, Maintain proper
documentation and audit readiness
