Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager – New Product Development Full Time NEW

Lead New Product Development (NPD) activities from RFQ to SOP (Start of Production).

Study customer drawings, specifications, GD&T, and technical requirements.

Develop manufacturing feasibility for sheet metal and stamping components.

Coordinate with customers regarding technical clarifications and engineering changes.

Plan and monitor APQP activities.

Prepare and review process flow, PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions.

Coordinate tooling development, die trials, and sample approvals.

Monitor prototype development and production readiness.

Work closely with Tool Room, Press Shop, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams.

Ensure PPAP documentation is completed and submitted as per customer requirements.

Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.

Conduct root cause analysis for product and process issues using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.

Ensure project milestones are achieved within planned timelines.

Coordinate with suppliers for tooling, bought-out parts, and development activities.

Support customer audits and internal quality audits.

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
