Sr. Engineer – Engineering and Project Management Full Time NEW

∙Product design, tolerance analysis, drafting, Simulation, analysis of result and implementation of required correction.

∙Lead engineering design, development, and execution activities.

∙Review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and project documents.

∙Coordinate with product managers, customer, vendors, and internal teams.

∙Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

∙Identify technical risks and implement corrective actions.

∙Support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities.

∙Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues.

∙Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.

∙Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates.

∙Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

∙Create DFMEA and PFMEA according to VDA requirement, review with CFT keep tracking.

∙Conduct bench test according to CMVR requirement in Indian government authorized agency.
