End-to-End Recruitment Process
∙Forecasts talent needs in line with growth in each vertical.
∙Ensure job openings are advertised promptly and shortlist profiles from the relevant job sites.
∙Research upcoming placements in colleges/CA institutes or any related field and coordinate to hire
suitable candidates.
∙Screen candidates through phone, references and background verification, and set up interviews.
Onboarding and Offboarding
∙Conduct onboarding formalities like inductions and bond executions, and ensure documents such as
NDAs, appointment letters, employment contracts and policy documents are distributed and signed.
∙Track employees who are past the probationary period and issue confirmation letters and referral fees,
if any.
∙Conduct offboarding formalities including exit interviews.
Operational HR Procedures
∙Leverage HRIS, payroll automation, and global collaboration tools effectively.
∙Use analytics for hiring success rates, recruitment trackers, turnover trends, productivity per
employee, and bench strength analysis regularly.
∙Budget for salary and other employee engagements and monitor the cost per hour to ensure we are
within the budget.
∙Identify and mitigate risks from labour disputes, misclassification of workers, or cross-border benefits
issues.
Performance Appraisals
∙Design KPIs and evaluation frameworks that directly link each departmental function.
∙Coordinate with department managers to ensure the seamless flow of performance appraisal reviews
and monitor the review ratings.
∙Ensure monthly reviews, annual appraisals and salary revisions are done on time.
Leadership & People Development
∙Identify and groom high-potential staff for leadership roles before the need becomes urgent.
∙Equip managers to mentor effectively and handle high-performing but high-maintenance
professionals.
∙Create continuous training pathways for technical tax/accounting expertise and soft skills based on
feedback on training requirements.
∙Ensure trainings are on schedule, attendance is maintained and analyze post-training feedback forms
from both trainers and trainees.
Employee Welfare & Retention
∙Develop and conduct employee engagement and employee welfare activities.
∙Design reward and recognition programs to ensure employee retention.
