• Develop risk management policies to safeguard company assets.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
4. Cost Optimization & Revenue Growth
• Analyze operational expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Develop pricing strategies and revenue models for co-working spaces.
• Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements.
5. Fundraising & Investor Relations
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners.
• Oversee fundraising, debt structuring, and investment strategies.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for stakeholders.
6. Team Leadership & Development
