HR Recruiter Full Time

Source and mobilize grass-root level (ITI/Diploma Candidates) manpower.

Conduct village, ITIs, skill centers, NGOs, self-help groups, gate & site-level recruitment drives.

Build and manage networks with contractors & supervisors.

Manage bulk hiring for short-term and long-term projects.

Screen candidates for age, skills, experience & fitness.

Verify ID documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, bank details).

Coordinate trade tests and bulk hiring requirements.

Manage worker deployment, travel, accommodation & site joining.

Support onboarding, attendance, ID cards & safety induction.

Maintain manpower records, compliance support & status reports.
