Research & Development Engineer Full Time

Lead the design and implementation of next-generation cable solutions.

Advanced CAD/CAE tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).

Establish rigorous internal protocols for testing prototype functionality, longevity, and safety against global standards.

Develop and refine manufacturing processes such as high-speed extrusion, wire drawing, and enameling to improve production efficiency and sustainability.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to transition lab-scale trials into bulk production, ensuring high efficiency and cost-effectiveness through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of production failures.
