Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, CLRA, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
File monthly and annual statutory returns through PF, ESI, PT, and other government portals.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.
Verify vendor and contractor statutory documents such as PF/ESI registrations, Labour License, PAN, GST, and other legal documents.
Conduct vendor and contractor compliance audits and ensure adherence to labour laws.
Monitor contractor wage payments, attendance, statutory remittances, and compliance with CLRA norms.
Coordinate with the Labour Department, EPFO, ESIC, Factory Inspector, and other government authorities during inspections and audits.
Handle Factory License, Trade License, and Labour License renewals.
Prepare compliance MIS reports, dashboards, and audit reports.
Resolve employee queries related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
Support internal, external, client, and statutory audits.
