Job Description
• Operate and maintain advanced grinding machinery, ensuring adherence to
safety protocols and operational standards
• Develop and implement grinding procedures to optimize production workflows
and reduce waste
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and
resolve production issues
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with
specifications and quality standards.
• Participate in the development and refinement of grinding techniques and
technologies, contributing to innovation within the team.
• Handle component straightening process according to job orders and
engineering drawings.
• Ensure all completed components meet straightness & alignment
specifications.
