Electrical Design Engineer Full Time NEW

• Managing daily fabrication & machining operations, ensuring adherence to safety,
quality, and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of
specifications and drawings
• Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Support the training and development of manufacturing staff, fostering a culture of
excellence and teamwork
• Participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and
techniques to improve efficiency
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to meet
production needs
• Responsible for scheduling and allocating resources effectively
• Help to identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement best
practices
• Conduct regular inspection of equipment and process validation to maintain
operational excellence
