Manager – Manufacturing Engineer – R&D Full Time NEW

Product Design & Development
∙Lead the design and development of new products and enhancement of existing products.
∙Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, validation,
industrialization, and Start of Production (SOP).
∙Prepare and review 3D models, 2D drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and Engineering
Change documents.
∙Drive product cost optimization, value engineering, and product localization initiatives.
∙Collaborate with global engineering teams for new product introduction and technical
support.

Research & Development
∙Lead R&D activities including concept generation, prototype development, testing, and
validation.
∙Support product innovation and continuous product improvement programs.
∙Conduct engineering calculations and design optimization activities.
∙Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
